I've been "here" for 3 yrs

I just noticed that my join date was Oct. 2007 - that means I've been here for 3 yrs (and counting)

I've learned not to JADE, to detach, and that I don't have to make others happy at my own expense. (well - I'm still learning, but I'm happier & not posting as much- there's not as many issues)

Hi, helmore, "JADE" is an acronym that stands for Justify, Argue, Defend, or Explain. When setting boundaries or telling another person "no," we do not have to JADE our answers.
