Re: movies

I saw the new movie Pompeii a week ago today (it was my 20th wedding anniversary), both my wife and I thought it was a pretty good movie. My wife said it was an "abbs on steroids" type of movie.

Re: movies

Gravity w/Sandra Bullock. Phenominal to say the least. Fastest 91 minute movie I've ever watched. Intense. Great story.

Love the space junk too.

Sandra Bullock = Eye candy.

Even if she is wearing a space suit.

I'd like to see Pomeii too. I've heard it was good.

I'd post her pic, but it's probably not too appropriate to post a pic of her wearing those skimpy, skin-tight shorts and a tank top.

So my avatar will have to do.

Re: movies

Hunger Games - Catching Fire

It was okay. Not certain what they were trying to do with the movie... Love story? SyFy? Quasi-Action-Futuristic-Good vs Evil?

Great ending if you like being left hanging...

On a scale of A to Z - I'll give it a ZZZzzzzzz...

I agree, books are better. I remember reading Shogun before they came out with the mini-series. They did a good job with the TV series, but the book was better.

300... Sound like my kind of movie.
