Re: new "diet"

I've been sick off and on for a few weeks (ok, maybe more than a few) - as a result I ate whatever was convenient & haven't weighed myself for a while .... I'm trying to eat better again and will re-weigh next week

Re: new "diet"

At least you felt like eating Snafu! Hope you feel 100% soon.

I've been getting back into walking recently, and have been tracking my exercise, which is surprisingly motivating in itself. - Enjoying that much more than i thought i would.

Re: new "diet"

Mouthwash? Why the mouthwash?

Why? Most people are moving around during the waking hours anyway. It's good advice but wouldn't it be just as good to tell people to do some kind of exercise?

Re: new "diet"

Repetition always helps us remember!

P.S. K2L - sometimes people eat when they have a taste in their mouth that they want to get rid of. The mouthwash is to help curb that eating. I keep gum on hand for that reason though - it is more practical, I think.

Re: new "diet"

Learn something new every day.

Maybe that's why I suck on Tic Tacs and don't even know it.

Re: new "diet"

I learned the tactic from a girl I knew in college. She suffered from bulimia.
