"Corona" Baking

I bake for fun and sometimes when I'm stressed

I've made ham & cheese scones and am planning on making "One Pan Brownies*" with DS later today.

One Pan Brownies was a favorite from my home ec class in middle school.

Re: "Corona" Baking

What is "one pan brownies?"

I'm just cooking everything I had in the freezer "just in case." It's been fun watching the kids and DH eat whatever I make.

Re: "Corona" Baking

I chickened out on the naan.

I've made chocolate chocolate chip scones and Tripple chocolate chip cookies 🍪.

Tomorrow, I plan on making rosemary bread in the crockpot. DH is making pasta for supper.

Re: "Corona" Baking

The rosemary bread bombed - my house wasn't warm enough for it to rise properly.
