I think if you fat and want to lose some fats you must have will power
I think if you lazy and want to be active you must have will power
I think if you weak and want to go to gym you must have will power

will power is important thing to take a decision

what's your opinion ???

I truly thought it was all about will power for years when I just could not stop snacking. And when I learned wheats and grains have trace amounts of opioids in them and managed to get through the month long with drawls from them I quit corns and rice also I never looked back. I only eat once a day now for a big dinner which I get full fast when I make it a fatty meat meal. And around noon I have some mixed nuts and thats it. I was dropping weight so fast my wife was worried I might be get sick. I litterally have no desire to eat throughout the day but make sure I drink at least 80 oz. of water.

Will power is very important. However it also help that you know how to be healthy by eating the right food. I tried to lose a few lbs but can't do it. I was always hungry. So one day I changed my food intake. I make a veggie smoothie and have that for lunch. When I get hungry I snack on nuts, boiled eggs. For dinner I tried to eat less fatty food and also watch my portion. Will power is good but if your body tells you that you are hungry it is hard to manage.
