sandwich generation

anyone else a member of the sandwich generation -or may become part?



- I'm attempting to find a support group for me

- DM needs a support group for herself (IMO)

My P's are deceased, but I guess technically DH's P's make us members of "Club Sandwich." We have been fortunate that his P's, while aging and having health issues, don't require our help yet. Now all we have to do is get our kids off of the payroll.

Definitely find a counselor or support group of some sort, and one for your M! There is a whole lot of stress involved in being the caregiver. Take care of yourself, snafu! (((hugs)))
