But to lose weight you need to follow a diet plan in which you need to control the calorie intake of your body by doing calorie counting.

Also need to do some workouts to burn your fat. There are also various diet supplement available in the market which helps to reduce the weight in short time frame.

By following these procedures you will definitely see a positive result.

Its my personal experience.
I agree with you but we need to take proper diet after running because running or walk burn our calories so if you will not eat well but burn too much calories then it may cause some disease.

Considering that you've posted in two other threads that you want to gain weight, maybe you ought to STOP doing those activities.

Re: Weight loss

Losing weight can be detrimental to ones heath and well being. Losing weight can cause diseases by eating the wrong foods and excessive drinking can make a person lose to much fluid and dehydrate and cause a person to go bald. Exercise can contradict these symptoms thus making you healthier through the proper breakfast - two eggs over easy, crispy bacon and hashed brown potatos are good on Tuesdays just before a blue moon and when the constellation Orion is in the southern hemisphere overlooking Jupiter. Be cautious though: Gaining to much weight to soon can cause pimples and the only known cure for that is acne twice a day (not including wednesday).

Re: Weight loss

After each meal, you should avoid lying or sitting to rest, it is best to actively engage in a variety of daily activities. After six hours of continuous work, it will naturally produce fasting feeling of hunger, this time to eat, the food of the field will find delicious. Activities undertaken, informal content. For example: housewives housework; students can read or do some light exercise; office workers can handle official business, or pleasant walks and other activities. Furthermore, it should also fit bathing, gymnastics, rest, in order to successfully reach weight loss goals.
