Yes indeed, the B vitamins will flush out of the body when we've absorbed enough. They turn food into energy and help maintain a healthy nervous system.
B is depleted when people drink alcohol and rarely obtained through food sources at a level that is essential.

But I also believe that the US over medicates, so I take half the dosage suggested on most pills, vitamins and ointments. Kind of like wash rinse repeat... we only need to wash once.

Make sure you take it with food. Otherwise it leeches off your body juices... I don't know how else to explain that.

The Vitamin B is essential for correct digestion, production of HCl (Hydrochloric acid) and to assist in the breakdown of fats, proteins and carbohydrates. Especially vital for good digestion are Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3 and Vitamin B6. A deficiency in any of these B Vitamins can lead to impaired digestion and deficiency of essential nutrients.

There are many vitamin in pineapple and banana.this vitamin is very good and beneficial for us,so please use it make health good!!!!

There are many vitamins in a fruit and vegetable so eat fresh fruits and vegetable so eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
