Need suggestions.

These days I have started to gain weight in abnormal way so please kindly suggest me some tips to reduce it.

If the weight gain has been in an "abnormal way" as you put it and you have ruled out that you are eating more than usual, or more higher calory/fat items than usual and if there is no change in the amount of physical activity you do, I would advise you to see your Dr.

If you're legitimate and your wife really is in her 8th month of pregnancy, maybe that's why you gained weight.

See your doctor.

Just an FYI - people with heart issues can retain pounds of water suddenly (I've learn that from my DM - who can tell by her weight if her heart is "acting up" or if her meds are off)

I think you eat more and more any time. you eat food with full of calories and not go out early in the morning in garden. Do not eat spicy food only eat green salad. Compulsory do exercise every day.

Tips to reduce weight:

• Drink plenty of water.
• Start morning walk.
• Do exercise regularly.
• Take sprouts in breakfast.
• Avoid fried and fast foods.

You should be have the observations that whatever you are eating.It should low calories and not have the fats or cholesterol.Also do some exercises.Go for a walk daily that it would be helpful for you and will must keep you smart and healthy.

Aborigine's like me don't concern themselves with fats and cholesterol. We just run around the concrete jungles looking for our next latte to consume.
