Re: Walking Club

How's everyone doing with their walking?

You've motivated me to walk, too, so I'm trying 2 miles in 30 minutes, while DD is at school. I had no idea there were so many hills in this neighborhood!

I don't have a pedometer. I had one, but it kept resetting itself so I got mad and tossed it.

Re: Walking Club

I was doing good I was walking every morning between 6:15-6:??. My DS even got up early to go with me one morning . I've got a new pedometer that works great - I think I just need to write down how much I've walked to motivate me.

Re: Walking Club

Hmmmm? Huh? What are you talking about? Oh, yeah.... walking..... well.....

Hmmm...

I think my pedometer is around here, somewhere.

Seriously, I haven't been doing as well as I was and need to get back on track.

And if you are seriously looking to get a pedometer that works, the one listed in this thread really is a good one. It keeps track of all of your information online, too, so you don't have to write it down.

Re: Walking Club

*snerk*

It'd be a long walk from Pakistan, and considering that elaine started this thread in 2008 I think he'd be late to the party.

I am always amazed at threads that comment spammers find to revive.

Re: Walking Club

Hello,Walking is better than some slow and a balanced diet. The most successful is running with swimming, if able to do so directly go to the gym.
