Hey..
Did anyone of you have tried yoga ever.. As far as i think it is one of the best method to boast stanima and well power..

The only Yoga I do is when my wife says "YOGA ta go to the store, yoga ta go to the bank" ect....

oh the irony - I was just talking about this with a co-worker yesterday, and she suggested power walking until I can build up to running

That's a good plan, snafu. After you've built up some stamina, consider a couch-2-5k app. Several mothers in my neighborhood have had success with that.

But not me.

I do yoga. Good for lots of things, including sleep.

you need to do start running to improve your stamina and do some other work out which will help you to improve your stamina.,
