when I've tried to clip something from a smilie site before I about caught a virus - or I did have one but my anit-virus program caught it (its been awhile, so my memory is fuzzy )

Sorry we can't add it. We get what the software gives us. I use bestsmileys.com and haven't had any virus problems. (Now do I have to give myself an infraction for advertising? )
