stained enamel pot
- My enameled cast iron pot has gotten rather stained - and I wasn't able to get it cleaned until...
I found (on-line) a cleaning hack of 1) pour 1/2" of hydrogen peroxide into the pot (my pot was large enough to take 1/2 a bottle) 2) add 1/4 cup baking soda (it didn't say to stir) 3) turn the burner on high & bring to a boil 4) once it is "foamy" turn off the stove & let it sit for 10 minutes 5) wash with dish soap & water

Re: stained enamel pot
I'm glad you posted this because guess what I cleaned last night!?
![]() I just used the baking soda though. I didn't add the hydrogen peroxide.
