What is a "false sense of well being"???

So, I've had a few health issues the last 15 years, all of which carry similar symptoms:

Headaches, sever fatigue, dry skin, aches, weight gain, cold intolerance, brain fog, depression...

I just started a new med, and one of the side effects is a "false sense of well being." What is THAT? And how will I know it when I see it?

And why wouldn't I want to feel it? After all those above symptoms, aren't I entitled to a sense of well being, even if it's false? hehe

Thanks, snafu. I'm actually doing well. I just thought that was a weird symptom, and I still don't know what it means! hehe
