Re: best way to tell my parents.

the best advice is to get professional help

(((hugs)))

you are wise to recognize you have a problem and try to solve it. As you've had addiction issues before you may need emotional counseling to build your skills in avoiding addictive behaviors

Re: best way to tell my parents.

I wish I could offer advise on getting clean, other than what has already been suggested.
I'm glad you decided to cut your friends that got you started out of your life.
My advice on any addictive drug is "just don't even start it".

It's awesome that you're seeking a way of recovery!
Best of luck and hoping you can get clean without too much trouble!!

Re: best way to tell my parents.

As much as I'd hate to go back to a facility it might be for the best. Ended up having a bad day so I did my last bag that I had. I think it's more of a mental addiction than physical. I haven't gotten sick in the past 48 hours, just strong cravings. It's just I am still worried about the cost and what my insurance will do. I think I'll try calling them tomorrow.

I appreciate everyone's response
