leafy greens
I need to eat more leafy greens (as per both my eye dr & my GP)
I have preferred spinach salads for years - I just need to eat more. I have discovered I don't like kale in soup, but do like kale chips (yummy when made with garlic) Does anyone have suggestions for leafy greens things/recipes I can try?

I love escarole in Italian Wedding Soup! I also like fresh sauteed spinach. I like Collard greens (I buy Glory Foods.
 ), and cabbage.

I have just discovered kale puree/pesto
YUMMY!!!! (not much to look at though) Turns out I really enjoy it with roasted bell pepper hummus on bagels.
