I'm trying to complement as many students as possible at school.
Seeing their faces light up is wonderful. I'm also trying to catch them doing the right things (masks, id's, no hats/hoods)

This isn't exactly random. I took in a reward to a class (gen ed) because they would quiet down for me (I was pushing in with students whom loud noise bothers them).
Today a kid thanked me for the treat they got after l left Friday.

its been rough so far this school year, so I've been giving appreciation gifts to people
-staff I work with closely: gift certs to favorite fast food places -kitchen staff, security, and janitorial: coffee drinkers get a 1/4 lb bag of $$ coffee, non-coffee drinkers get $5 gift cert to Bread Co

I bought $$ ground coffee for the breakroom of my library and for my auto mechanics.
