Hi all - its kind of a new dilemma for us - with all the grandchildren and my DH and I on a fixed income - while a good income for us (pension, SS, and PT work - we are fine) Christmas with all the dear grandkids and adult kids - the Christmas season is a little overwhelming financially.

So, that being said - we are planning to get the adult kids a beautiful hand-made item from Costa Rica (I went there earlier this year) and then get each grand-child a couple of nice gifts that will be specific to their age and interest.

Thoughts?

The adult kids usually get us a substantial gift card to a online market that we absolutely love and can use.

Are we on the right track? What I like may not be what they like...
