Oh my gosh! Coke. For some wonderful reason God saved me from sodas. I have never had a liking for them, not even sugar free...... now Ice Cream is a different story.......hehehe

After watching Oprah, and Dr. Oz, my eyes have been really opened about food and what we already knew all our lives but refused to believe. I have vowed to start eating EVERTHING and to quit dieting....
