Re: ex ... and dropping the rope (ish)

DS is starting to vent to me about his dad.

He will often preface it with...."I know you know how he is, but..."

{In the past I'd remind him that ex has ADD}

Re: getting rid of stuff

Five years later, and I'm still working on getting rid of stuff.

I've been doing one room at a time - clean it ceiling-floor (and everything between).

Etiquette Question

Is there a proper way to acknowledge a birthday card?

[I'm crabby/out of sorts about this - The fact that I'm worked up about something that is no big deal is making me grumpier]

Educated by T. Westover

Has anyone read the book "Educated" by Tara Westover?

If not, I highly recommend it; if so - I'd love to discuss the book/any epiphanies you've had.

Re: Knitting

Saw a cool pattern called snake skin. I didn't want to spend about $15 on the pattern booklet just for one pattern.

Re: Would anyone on the board feel the same way as I do about the following events?

I don't know what rules/things you agreed to when you moved in.

However - I would want details about covid in the work place.

Re: Corona Virus

I'm 100% in a mask

As of Wednesday I didn't have it (had to be tested before a minor medical procedure)

So far I've not known anyone with it, but co-workers have had family members with it.
