Re: Passive-aggressive saboteur in the work place

He has lots of value, but he devalues himself with all of his complaining and behavior. There are consequences to that.

Right now, someone else who had an issue with him found a work-around. He...

Re: Letting go of unauthentic relationships - 40s

Hi, lilly210,

You have some very good questions!

I have found that some friendships just drift away. Some are more like the tide, they come and go as we have time and need. Others end in a...

Re: DM not doing well

That's an important distinction, snafu. I'm happy that you can make that decision. You'll be able to deal with her better if you know your own comfort level. And she'll be happier, too, if you are...

Re: Natural Hair lightening

My hair is a lot better now. I've had a lot of compliments on it from people I can trust to tell me when I look bad.

Son or not, they are invaluable! :)

Thanks, snafu. I sure hope I don't have to move. Other than this pita, I like it here.

Re: Best way to drink soda

I prefer fountain sodas, and then Mexican Coke with a paper straw. :D

Re: Natural Hair lightening

The Vit C and dandruff shampoo worked! It removed the gloss of the fake auburn/red head. Now I just have the copper highlights.

I don't like them, either, but they're more natural to my hair...

Re: Natural Hair lightening

I thought of you because I have a hair disaster. I got a haircut and needed to touchup my highlights. The stylist suggested I go with a little darker for fall. Sure, I said, but keep in mind that...

Re: Passive-aggressive saboteur in the work place

I spoke to his direct boss because he flat out lied, again, about talking to me.

I am not tolerant of liars. This is the third lie I caught him out.

I am not tolerant of hypocritical behavior....

In the last year, this person has hidden essential materials twice, both of which could...

Re: DM not doing well

This is called a stalemate.

If DM needs rehab, she has to go. If she needs 24/7 care and wants to be at home, she needs to arrange home health care.

She doesn't have the right, nor the...
